Tim Schmidt received the Special Recognition Award for his work at the Transportation Department.

Todd S. Ramsey of IBM received the Executive Leadership Award for Industry.

Roger Baker of the Veterans Affairs Department received the Executive Leadership in Information Resources Management Award.
