How GSA Helps Feds Modernize Technology
The General Services Administration plays a unique role in helping federal agencies modernize their technology. Through its Centers of Excellence initiative, the GSA is helping agencies adopt best practices and providing consulting and IT engineering services in areas such cloud adoption, IT infrastructure optimization, customer experience, service delivery analytics and contact centers. The GSA is also aiming to speed up modernization via updates to procurement schedules.
