HP Supports Veterans with Essential Technology
One of the biggest challenges many veterans face after completing their military service is reintegration into the workforce. For those who spend years or even decades in the military, some elements of modern work can seem daunting.
Simply getting used to owning and accessing a computer for work can be difficult. Navigating applications and user interfaces in addition to digital etiquette can be challenging for veterans who are inexperienced in modern work environments. That's where nonprofits such as Tech for Troops and Uncommon Grit Foundation come in, along with their key partners, HP and CDW. Through a collaborative initiative, CDW and HP supply both organizations with modern, enterprise-grade laptops and desktop computers that help veterans learn to use the equipment that drives the modern workplace.
